The food is always fantastic here, it's one of my favorite Italian restaurants. I will usually come if I'm in the area for a concert or kid sporting event. The ambiance is cute, rustic Italy vibes, but often pretty warm in there (old building). Service is usually good and the bartenders are fantastic! One of my faves is their tagliatelle with meatballs, so good! Their pizzas are also great as is their lasagna. Try a cocktail too, they will not disappoint!

First time visiting Downtown Roseville. With an empty stomach and a sense of adventure, we decided to try The Place for a Sunday night dinner upon recommendation from a local. The small storefront gave the impression of it being a small trattoria, but upon stepping inside, we were surprised at how big it was. As we were seated, we were delightfully greeted by the wonderful smells coming from the nearby open kitchen that piqued our appetites. Upon strong recommendation from our local friend, we started with the "Hot Bath", a hot combination of olive oil, garlic, and other yumminess used for dipping fresh, warm chunks of bread. This should be on every Italian food lovers bucket list! Fir the main course, we each had some wonderful pasta dishes with amazing sauces and large meatballs that could only be from some Italian grandma's family recipe. Highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back again. Definitely worth the drive from Elk Grove.

This is my new favorite place to get Italian food!! It's location in Old Town Roseville. My husband and I went here for our anniversary dinner and we were quite impressed. We got a quiet table in the middle of the room and we got bread and dipping sauce first before we ordered our meals. The bread was super soft and baked and the dipping balsamic sauce was perfectly delicious. We got a salad to share; so good oh my goodness and I got penne pasta with Parmesan sauce (which was one of their vegetarian meals. My husband got the chicken Parmesan and we both loved our meals. So delicious! For dessert, we got a lemon cake with frosting; yummy! We instantly knew we wanted to come back here. So good and highly recommend too!!
